(7) Attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the ZapCom system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Forging the name or part of the TCP/IP packet name;
(9) Reverse engineer, disassemble, compile, or otherwise try to discover the source code of the ZapCom product and related services;
(10) Malicious registration of ZapCom accounts, including but not limited to frequent and batch registration of accounts;
(11) Violation of laws and regulations, this agreement, the relevant rules of the company and other acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of others.
1.1.3 If the company has reason to believe that your behavior violates or may violate the above agreement, the company can independently judge and deal with it, and has the right to terminate the service to you at any time without prior notice, and investigate relevant laws and regulations according to law. responsibility.
1.2 Information content display and specification

2.ZapCom information content usage specification
2.1 Without the written permission of the company, any user or third party shall not authorize, allow, or assist others to conduct the following acts on the information content of this product and related services of ZapCom:
(1) Copy, read, and use the information content of the ZapCom product and related services for commercial purposes including but not limited to publicity, increasing reading, and page views;
(2) After editing, arranging, and arranging the information content of the ZapCom product and related services without authorization, display it on channels other than the source page of the ZapCom product and related services;

3.Handling of breach of contract

3.2 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or other terms of service and cause a third-party complaint or lawsuit, you shall handle it yourself and assume all legal responsibilities that may arise therefrom. 3.3 The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of users and others.
